Submit Online Application
Step 1Complete our comprehensive online application form with your child's details and upload required documents including birth certificate and recent photographs.
Document Verification
Step 2Our admissions team reviews your application and verifies all submitted documents. You'll receive confirmation within 1 business day via email and SMS.
Campus Visit & Interaction
Step 3Schedule a personalized campus tour the next day where your child can interact with our teachers and experience our learning environment. Parents meet with our educational counselor.
Parent-Teacher Meeting
Step 4Detailed discussion about your child's developmental needs, learning style, and any special requirements. We create a personalized transition plan for your child.
Admission Confirmation
Step 5Receive admission offer letter with fee structure and payment schedule. Complete the enrollment by paying admission fees and signing the parent handbook agreement.
Orientation & Onboarding
Step 6Attend pre-school orientation session, receive welcome kit, uniform details, and meet your child's class teacher. Begin the exciting journey at Sagewood!

Please prepare the following documents before starting your application. All documents should be clear, legible, and valid.
Child's Birth Certificate

Recent Photographs
Required2 passport-size color photographs of the child (white background)
Parent's ID Proof
RequiredAadhar card, PAN card, or passport of both parents/guardians
Medical Records
OptionalImmunization card and any relevant medical history documents
Previous School Records
OptionalTransfer certificate (if applicable) from previous institution

Children must be 2 years old by March 31st of the admission year for Play Group, 3 years for Nursery, 4 years for Junior KG and 5 years for Senior KG. We follow the age criteria set by the Rajasthan State Education Board.
